ADMINISTRATIVE AND EMPLOYEE SUPPORT BUILDING – METALLURGICAL INDUSTRY

I collaborate in the architectural development of an administrative and employee support building for a metallurgical industry. My role includes design development, technical detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry-specific requirements.
The project focuses on functionality, operational efficiency, and user comfort, delivering practical and technically consistent architectural solutions.
DIGITAL MODEL – EXPRESSWAY MACRODRAINAGE AND RAILWAY WATERFRONT REURBANIZATION

Development of a digital model aimed at public communication of one of the largest urban projects in Araraquara, integrating macrodainage infrastructure, railway waterfront reurbanization, and three interconnected urban parks.
The main challenges were the short deadline and the technical complexity of the proposal. The project resulted in three illustrative videos, crucial for clearly conveying the scope and significance of the intervention to the local community.
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT AND COORDINATION – MULTIFAMILY HOUSING

Responsible for the technical adaptation and coordination of an existing architectural project to suit the conditions of a steep and complex site. The process included regulatory analysis, accessibility adjustments, and feasibility decisions, particularly due to the EPS structural system defined by the client.
The work focused on aligning site constraints, legal requirements, and technical solutions to ensure constructability and project consistency.
APARTMENT INTERIOR DESIGN – EXECUTIVE PROJECT REVIT

Interior design project for a 60m² residential apartment, developed from concept to technical execution. Custom furniture was fully modeled and detailed in Revit, ensuring precise documentation and construction accuracy. Conceptual 3D models were created in SketchUp and rendered in V-Ray for design visualization and client approval.
